About Me
Hi there.
I know what it’s like to feel:
the ground shifting underneath, or
like the “inside you” doesn’t match the “outside you,” or
the struggle of discerning what’s next, or
just simply stuck.
I have spent my life at the nexus of differing perspectives and dynamics, seeking to support life-giving relationships in that space.
In my early 30s, I rebuilt my life with two small children after my 10-year marriage ended. Over the years, I have experienced a lot of transitions with hopeful resilience, eventual renewal and growth over and over again.
I bring some unique experiences and skills to the coaching relationship. In addition to being a certified coach through Integral Coaching Canada™, I earned a Master of Divinity from Boston University and am an ordained United Methodist minister (though I am really a seeker who believes in questions far more than answers) and have over 25 years of experience working in non-profit and government organizations. I’m also a partner, parent, friend, daughter and sister.
If you’re experiencing a transition or are seeking change in your life but feel stuck, let’s talk.

“A pivot is a small change in direction from a single point where we are. it means that through one small change in direction, over time we can get to where we want to be. A pivot is not a complete abandonment of what we know, but it braids together what we know with how we feel and who we wish to be.”
